Productivity4.0 project is aimed to develop a digital-based vocational training course content that will serve to eliminate all wastes in the production process, from the raw material to the final shipment stage in the manufacturing sector and improve work processes. The digital-based course content and online data monitoring training set will be created by working with our technology partner and the EU partner institution.
Objective and main achievements:
- Interactive lean production training content.
- Course content on production environment regulation and energy consumption, supported by interactive and virtual applied digital content.
- A course content including the principles of collecting energy consumption data from machines in the production environment, online data monitoring, and interpretation.
- Introducing a new training curriculum to the Vocational Education system to meet the European labor market needs.
- Encourage companies and vocational education institutions to adapt to the change that has occurred with the Industry 4.0 process.
- Supporting individuals who receive vocational education with lean production and digital transformation training and helping them becoming more employable, innovative, and entrepreneurial graduates.
